Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Medical Compliance Doctor to oversee clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance across our organization.
- Key responsibilities: review policies and clinical protocols; conduct audits and incident reviews; advise on patient safety, ethics, and risk management; lead staff training; liaise with regulatory authorities; contribute to policy development.
- Qualifications: MD license, minimum 3 years of clinical experience, strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, proven risk management experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Preferred: experience in hospital or corporate health settings and prior compliance or quality roles; ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
