Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to deliver fast, high-quality chat, email, and phone support on rotating shifts for our short-term rental (STR) project. The role involves assisting guests with account and administrative issues, communicating clearly, and performing well in a fast-paced environment.

• Requirements: strong written and spoken English with a neutral American accent; error-free written communication; fast typing; ability to learn systems quickly; shift flexibility. One year of CSR experience preferred.
• Employment: Full-time, in-person. Compensation Rs75,00–Rs80,00/month. Benefits include paid training, annual raises/bonuses, fuel allowance, and paid leave. Immediate hiring.
