Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer and Chat Support Representative at Blink Estudio! In this vital role, you will engage with customers through various channels including social media, email, text, and phone calls, ensuring they receive exceptional service. You will oversee the entire order process, monitor inventory levels, and efficiently manage returns.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of e-commerce experience, demonstrate excellent English communication skills, and have a strong understanding of cosmetics. Experience in website management and logistics is also required.
This position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, between 9 am and 7 pm. Salary ranges from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
