Job Description

Location: Clifton, Karachi

Interac8 is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources practices and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and the development of HR strategies to support our business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance through the implementation of HR policies.
• Managing recruitment and overseeing talent management.
• Addressing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Facilitating training programs and managing payroll operations.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in HR software.
