Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is seeking a dedicated Patient Collection Associate to join our team. In this important role, you will handle billing and collections, ensuring the timely issuance of accurate invoices and the effective recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities in Billing:
- Generate and issue precise invoices.
- Verify invoice accuracy prior to distribution.
- Maintain systematic billing records.
- Process credit memos and enhance billing procedures.
- Oversee and manage online payment transactions.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities in Collections:
- Conduct follow-ups on overdue payments.
- Monitor and manage overdue accounts.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Applicants must possess at least one year of experience in medical billing and have proficiency in English.
