Job Description

Safa Worldwide Private Limited is on the lookout for energetic and passionate Call Center Representatives with a minimum of 12 months of experience. We also welcome recent graduates with fluent English to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with international clients through phone calls.
• Follow provided scripts and efficiently handle incoming calls.
• Manage outbound calls with professionalism.
• Identify customer needs and promote additional products.

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaking skills, preferably with a native-like accent.
• Prior experience is preferred, but fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and have a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge is essential.

Salary: Rs55,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month plus commission.
