Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is looking for a motivated Chat Support Representative to enhance our customer service team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering important information to new customers, addressing complaints, and following up through phone and email communication. Additionally, you will promote our range of products and services while working collaboratively with various departments to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
Office Location: Gulistan e Jauhar Block 15, near Continental Bakery (11 AM – 8 PM)
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Base Salary of Rs 30,00 (Fixed) + Sales Commission (Variable), with potential monthly earnings ranging from Rs 30,00 to Rs 45,00.
