IDRIS TECH BPO, a call center specializing in US campaigns, is currently hiring for night shifts. We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills. Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in Auto Warranty or Auto Insurance. Successful agents have the potential to earn up to Rs500,00 per month through various incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and provide outstanding service.
- Achieve performance goals while maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language (fluency is highly preferred).
