Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with customers by posting content, responding to comments, and offering chat support across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Daraz. You will be responsible for tracking orders and generating sales reports.
Job Nature: This is a full-time, office-based position from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. The work location is Gulistan-e-Jauhar Karachi, Block 16 A.
Compensation: The salary is set at Rs 25,00, with additional commission opportunities. Expected monthly earnings range from Rs 35,00 to Rs 45,00.
