Job Description

Amcon Group of Companies is actively seeking a proficient Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates, managing project budgets, assessing subcontractor bids, and preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs). This role requires conducting site visits to ensure compliance with contracts and cost estimates, collaborating with project teams to implement effective cost control measures, and providing detailed cost reports to management. Adherence to industry standards and safety regulations is paramount.
