Job Description

BGE Limited is actively searching for a meticulous Admin Manager with a strong background in hotel management, Booking.com operations, and accounting. The successful candidate will efficiently handle financial and administrative responsibilities while supervising the overall operations of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hotel administration, bookings, and guest records.
• Manage all transactions on Booking.com, including invoicing and financial reporting.
• Handle accounts, bookkeeping, and reconciliation tasks.
• Ensure seamless office operations and effective team coordination.
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data management.
• Supervise monthly financial reporting and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in hotel management and accounting.
