Job Description
Crossroad Consultants, located in Karachi, is looking for a dedicated full-time Female Customer Service Representative to join our team on-site. The successful candidate will handle receptionist duties, oversee front office operations, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, addressing inquiries, and maintaining an organized reception area.
Applicants should have prior experience as a receptionist, exhibit strong communication and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Cultural sensitivity is essential, and bilingual proficiency, along with experience in education or immigration consultancy, is highly desirable.
