Cyber System Private Limited is currently seeking a committed Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. In this position, you will provide exceptional online support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage inbound audio/video calls.
• Schedule and oversee patient appointments.
• Conduct eligibility verifications and follow-ups.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
• Deliver prompt customer support services.

Qualifications: Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Salary: PKR 60,00 to 75,00 per month, along with benefits.
