Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Attendance Supervisor to join our team at a confidential company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and managing employee attendance, absenteeism, and punctuality records. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate attendance records, collaborating with department heads to resolve discrepancies, ensuring adherence to company policies, and generating reports for management’s review.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in attendance supervision within a factory setting, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proficiency in biometric systems, Excel, and HRMS software. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
