Job Description

ASK Development Limited is currently looking for a Customer Services Representative to become a vital member of our team. The ideal candidates should be recent graduates from a reputable university, fluent in both English and Urdu, and based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone
• Provide online assistance regarding our services
• Coordinate with Operations for fault remediation
• Create and resolve Network Trouble Tickets
• Maintain records of faults by region
• Perform special tasks as needed during shifts

Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00. Eligible for a work-from-home option after 6 months based on performance. A minimum of 1-year experience in a UK-based Call Center is required.
