Job Description
ARH Global Consultants is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Executive to oversee the complete recruitment process and manage HR operations to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our HR initiatives and enhancing our organizational culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is advantageous
