Job Description
Benchmark BPO is on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Verification Officer to become a vital part of our expanding team. In this role, you will verify customer information, ensure accuracy, and uphold data integrity while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in call center operations and ACA verification.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience is essential; no freshers will be considered.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM).
