Job Description
Gatron (Industries) Limited, a prominent manufacturing company in Pakistan, is seeking a qualified Process Shift Incharge for our Molding Department at the Hub Chowki plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing shift handovers, managing operators, ensuring the seamless operation of molding machines, verifying quality results, calculating performance metrics, and coordinating maintenance activities. Maintaining comprehensive records of all operational activities is essential.
Qualifications: Candidates should hold a DAE or B. Tech degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, accompanied by 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in plant operations.
