Job Description
Mizo Studio is in search of a meticulous and experienced Medical Billing Manager to oversee our daily billing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing and revenue cycle management, accompanied by excellent leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the billing team to optimize operations.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of claims.
- Track denials and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Work collaboratively with Accounts Receivable, Coding, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Develop and enforce billing policies, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and provide mentorship to staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,00.00 – Rs300,00.00 per month
