Job Description
Hamsol is thrilled to announce a full-time opportunity for an HR Executive. In this essential position, you will play a key role in optimizing our employee recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and posting detailed technical job descriptions.
- Conducting preliminary screening calls and interviews.
- Maintaining documentation of job duties and requirements.
- Collaborating with team leaders to assess hiring needs.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of recruitment experience, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13C, Opposite Federal Urdu University.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
