Job Description
Mathmakesmart (MMS) is actively seeking skilled Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to join our international tutoring support team. This position is primarily for those who can efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and coordinate tutoring session scheduling.
- Provide assistance to students and address their inquiries.
- Keep precise client records to ensure top-notch customer service.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
- Exceptional English communication skills are required.
- Experience in the education or tutoring sector is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift: 9 PM to 6 AM
