Job Description
Metanoia is on the lookout for a committed and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Confirmation Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will have experience in order management, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm orders received through Shopify and update the relevant systems accordingly.
- Reach out to customers to verify the status of their orders.
- Accurately document all pertinent information for each order.
