Job Description
Oreal Marketing is looking for a polished and professional Receptionist to oversee the front desk and deliver vital administrative support. This position is essential for fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist visitors.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
- Manage meeting schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Handle correspondence and manage packages efficiently.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organized.
Requirements:
- At least a FA/FSc or Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of front desk experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
