Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with a BBA, MBA, or MHRM degree and 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a software or IT company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for HR operations and projects.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and candidate screenings.
- Oversee HRMS management and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records.
