Job Description
Tech Revolution is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent to meet our organizational staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards and professional networking.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Oversee the recruitment process up to the negotiation of job offers.
