Job Description
Kestrel Education seeks a motivated Sales Executive to promote career counseling, professional development, and experiential learning programs across Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi. This on-site, full-time position operates morning shifts with monthly and quarterly targets.
- Engage prospective students, parents, and institutional partners; provide academic and career guidance.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments, maintain lead records using basic CRM, and represent programs at events and outreach activities.
- Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, interpersonal skills, and a client-focused, results-driven attitude.
Preferred: bachelor’s degree; experience in education or service-sales advantageous. Energetic, driven recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
