Job Description
Khyber Chemical (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly organized and proactive female Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO, encompassing both professional and occasional personal tasks. This position requires exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings efficiently.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with personal errands when required.
Qualifications: Prior experience at the C-suite level, strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
