Job Description
Kodifly is looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Islamabad (Onsite) on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach initiatives. Your efforts will directly support the expansion of our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly
- Collaborate effectively with marketing and sales teams
