Job Description
The LALA Group of Companies is currently looking for motivated After Sales Agents to enhance our team. Successful candidates will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including the creation and distribution of Nusuk IDs and passwords, managing agent-related Management Information Systems (MIS), and providing guidance on hotel voucher creation.
Key duties encompass processing Umrah and Ziyarat permits, addressing customer complaints, coordinating transport schedules, and ensuring prompt hotel check-ins for pilgrims. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing daily reports related to transportation and arrivals.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
