Job Description
Company Overview: Lancmall is an expanding organization focused on B2B services, online sales, and tailored marketing solutions. We are looking for a qualified male HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in the areas of Sales and Marketing recruitment.
Position Summary: The HR Manager will oversee all facets of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and adherence to labor laws and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities: You will lead recruitment initiatives, formulate and implement HR policies, maintain employee records, manage payroll, address employee grievances, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Compensation: Rs150,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month | Job Type: Full-time | Work Location: In-person
