LANGYA AI LIMITED is looking for a dedicated Online Sales Support Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will interact with customers through email, chat, and social media, providing essential information and resolving issues to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assisting with order processing, managing sales documentation, and collaborating with the sales team to convert inquiries into successful sales.
