Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is actively seeking a driven and technically proficient Operations Manager to oversee our surveillance and security monitoring operations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience managing CCTV teams and remote surveillance systems in US-based retail or commercial settings.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of CCTV operators, managing daily operations, ensuring prompt detection of security incidents, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and working closely with clients. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, is required.
