Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations, including FICA, Medicare, FUTA, and various state requirements. This position focuses on managing 1099 and W-2 reporting while utilizing payroll software such as ADP, Gusto, or Paychex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to federal and state payroll tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit 1099 and W-2 forms accurately.
- Reconcile payroll tax discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll taxation.
- Strong understanding of IRS regulations and payroll compliance.
