Job Description
Lime Software Logics (SMC-PVT) Limited is actively searching for a dedicated HR Business Partner (Talent) to become a vital member of our team. This full-time role involves night shift hours from 7 PM to 4 AM and is based at our office in Bahria Town Tower, PECHS Block 2, Tariq Road.
Key Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include overseeing the entire recruitment process, onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, processing payroll inputs, and generating HR reports.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
The monthly salary ranges from Rs80,00 to Rs100,00, in addition to hiring commissions. Are you prepared to take on the night shift?
