Job Description
Logistics Vel is looking for a committed Human Rights NGO Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple projects and departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resources, logistics, procurement, and administrative processes while ensuring project delivery meets established timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), assisting with donor reporting, monitoring operational risks, and coordinating with local authorities and partner organizations.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in NGO operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in both English and Urdu are essential for this role.
