Job Description
LOKAL Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for a Customer Support Team Lead to oversee, mentor, and train our Customer Support Team. The successful candidate will monitor and analyze KPIs, develop weekly schedules, ensure compliance with quality standards, and improve existing systems for optimal performance. A thorough understanding of our products and services is crucial.
Qualifications include a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year of experience in a junior management role within customer support, or 3-4 years in Operations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Applications are open until 30/03/2025, with an anticipated start date of 07/04/2025.
