Job Description
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Lucid Web Solutions is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Associate to join our vibrant team. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in overseeing HR operations such as recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining essential HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Support onboarding and exit procedures
- Address day-to-day HR inquiries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- A minimum of 1-2 years of HR operations experience is required
