Job Description
Luxury Inn Hotel is actively seeking confident and fluent English-speaking female callers to connect with exhibition organizers around the globe. The primary role involves reaching out to international exhibition centers to secure booth bookings and effectively coordinate promotional display setups for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in professional outbound calls to exhibition centers worldwide.
- Inquire about availability, pricing, and booking processes for stalls.
- Facilitate stall setup and window displays for various exhibitions.
- Maintain meticulous records of all communications and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English.
Requirements: Candidates should possess excellent English fluency, strong communication abilities, and a fundamental understanding of international exhibitions. Previous experience in telemarketing or event coordination is highly preferred.
