Job Description
Mablay Beauty Pvt Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the initial point of contact for our valued customers. Your role will be vital in ensuring that all customer interactions are positive and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Actively listen to and address customer concerns.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and order status.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and strong English communication skills are required.
Working Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. (Monday-Saturday)
