Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to oversee and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and effective technical support. The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in hardware, software, networking, cybersecurity, and website management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intranet, internet, and Exchange servers.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues efficiently.
- Install and maintain software, hardware, and networks.
- Ensure optimal functionality of UPS systems.
- Supervise website updates and enhancements.
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT support; proficiency in English is required.
