Job Description
MAF COLLECTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time role requires you to address customer inquiries through multiple channels, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding service. You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting, escalating complex matters, and ensuring accurate customer records are maintained.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience in customer support, particularly in fast-paced settings. Excellent English communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential. A strong capacity for teamwork and effective multitasking is also crucial.
The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 25,00 to Rs. 30,00, along with KPI bonuses and sales commissions.
