Job Description
Makaan Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead premium real estate sales in Islamabad. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and mentor a high-performing team, and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Requirements: proven real estate sales experience, strong leadership and team-management skills, excellent communication and negotiation, and a professional, goal-oriented attitude.
- Compensation: Rs55,00–Rs100,00/month plus high commissions and performance bonuses.
