Job Description
Mars BPO PVT LTD, located in Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi, is seeking a qualified Operations Manager to oversee our MedAlert campaign. This is a full-time, on-site position with night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. We offer a competitive salary ranging from PKR 150,00 to 200,00 per month.
The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in call center management and a proven track record in achieving sales objectives. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, enhancing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.
