Job Description
Mars BPO Pvt Ltd, a prominent US-based Outbound Call Center, is seeking a dedicated Team Lead/QA Specialist for our Karachi Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, providing coaching to team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and training for team members
- Inspire and motivate the team to achieve performance targets
- Assist in the preparation of daily performance reports
- Mentor team members to achieve their individual goals
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Exceptional communication and management skills
