Job Description
Mars BPO is excited to announce the expansion of our in-house HVAC lead generation campaign, and we are actively seeking motivated, confident, and results-oriented Customer Sales Representatives to become part of our vibrant team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to U.S. customers to promote our HVAC services.
- Engaging customers through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
Qualifications include strong English communication skills and a willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM). Previous experience in HVAC or sales is preferred but not required.
