Job Description
Mars BPO is hiring a Sales Coordinator to verify customer details, present clear service information, handle objections, and close outbound leads efficiently. This phone-based role requires confident verbal communication, basic computer and typing skills, a target-driven approach, and strict adherence to SOPs and call-quality standards. Responsibilities include updating records, meeting performance targets, and participating in full training with advancement opportunities.
- Location: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi
- Shift: Night, 7:00 PM–5:00 AM
- Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs80,00/month + incentives
- Employment: Full-time, in-person; freshers welcome
