Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a Field Operations Coordinator to work on-site at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road (near Avari Towers), Karachi. The role includes handling customer inquiries, coordinating daily field activities, maintaining client records, supporting operational strategies, and reporting performance metrics.
- Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic MS Office proficiency, and ability to work on-site. Customer service or field experience is advantageous.
