Job Description
Master Tech is looking for a skilled HR Cum Admin Officer to handle both human resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will have a background in talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Formulate effective recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and attendance tracking.
