Job Description
Maxitech Pharma (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently seeking a Manager of Quality Operations for our manufacturing facility located in Karachi. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key responsibilities include overseeing QC and Microbiology operations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), managing supplier quality systems, and nurturing a quality-driven culture within the QA/QC teams. You will also be responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the facility is inspection-ready for regulatory compliance.
A Pharm-D degree along with an M. Phil in a relevant field is preferred, in addition to a proven track record in a regulated environment.
