We are seeking a dedicated Retail Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations at MedAsk Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a disciplined work environment. Additional responsibilities include training staff, conducting performance evaluations, and improving service quality.
Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in patient counseling, effective communication, pressure management, and team leadership.
